Engaged...

Welcome to the (soon-to-be) Steinle Family Blog. Not that kids are coming soon, but that the family will start with a marriage. On January 20, 2007, Jeremy and Amy (me, duh) will be married at the TWU Little Chapel-in-the-Woods. We both thought it was beautiful and quaint. When I went to school there, I was constantly seeing beautiful brides posing for pictures out by the pond and I always thought it was breathtaking.

On October 19, Jeremy popped the question to my parents while I was away at a lifegroup meeting for my church. When I got home, he was there with Mom and Dad and, for some reason, all looked guilty... ;-) With a horrible poker face, Mom found a reason for us to go to the grocery store and before we could even make it out of the garage, Jeremy told me that he did it. We were like giddy little kids in complete disbelief at the grocery store! Two days later, there was a ring and I said yes.

Jeni is planning the whole thing. I didn't know it, but she's been putting together a wedding-planning book for herself for the past 3 years (What a psycho! totally kidding) and we're so glad she did.
